چکیده
Porous double layers based on nanostructured porous silicon was fabricated via electrochemical method by the changing of electrical current during the etching process. Field emission scanning electron microscopy detects the pores size of about 40-60 nm and 5-10 nm for top and bottom layers, respectively. After the preparation of double-layer, the surface was oxidized, functionalized by 3-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) and glutaraldehyde (GA) molecules and modified by a complementary gene as a probe. Finally, this nanostructure was used as a biosensor to detect the high penetrance breast cancer susceptibility gene, BRCA1 via Reflectometric interference Fourier transform spectroscopy (RIFTS). The results showed that these modified double-layer were able to detect BRCA1genes with less noise than single porous layer.
