Technology development is an opportunity for use in the learning process. In addition to using technology, its effectiveness and quality in the learning process should also be considered, e-learning is one of the most important learning environments in the information age. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of electronic learning systems on employees' commitment in Vaida organization. The statistical population of the study consisted of the staff of the Voice and Television Organization, 150 of them in various occupational categories and in different units of employment, are selected and examined. In this research, the effect of electronic learning systems on employees' commitment in WISMA organization will be used to test the structural equation modeling in the software environment of Pls version 2. The findings of this study showed that electronic learning systems have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment.
