A review of the factors affecting the virtual education of physical education during the outbreak of Covid-19 disease

چکیده
Introduction: Following the outbreak of Covid-19 disease and the possibility of natural disasters and many unexpected events that occur in the country or in the world, it is necessary to be prepared for the transition from this period and to deal with these issues with more readiness. Virtual education is the most important application of information technology that is presented in the form of various systems such as computer-based learning, network-based learning and networked education. During the last two decades, the universities under the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Iran have started activities to apply this educational method. The main purpose of this research is to provide a theoretical framework for virtual education in the field of physical education.
Methods: In this review study, the main concepts and structures of 30 articles and other library resources related to Virtual and e-learning were extracted and analyzed.
Results: A review of e-learning texts showed that the factors affecting this education can include, technology infrastructure, humanity infrastructure, pedagogy infrastructure, cultural, social and value infrastructure; Economic infrastructure, management and leadership infrastructure, administration and support system.
Conclusion: Elements and factors introduced in the field of e-learning indicate that each researcher and expert, as well as universities and educational institutions with different approaches to the various dimensions and elements of e-learning as the main factors for the success of this type of education have emphasized. In this regard, models have been introduced and various criteria for designing or evaluating e-learning have been proposed.
